Customizations

1) How much do you charge for customized rubber stamp?

For customized stamps, the pricing will usually be $20 onwards. 

We charge mainly based on how intricate the design is and whether you would need our help with the design. If you have designed something, feel free to send it to us for quotation. Alternatively, you can let us know what kind of stamp design you are looking for and we can chat about it with no obligations!


2) How long does it take for the stamp to complete and mail out?

It usually takes around 7-9 working days to complete and mail out, once the design has been confirmed and payment has been made. 


3) How much do you charge for your design?

Shipping and Payment

We mail out orders from our Shop within 1-3 working days.

For local shipping, it takes about 3-5 working days.

For international shipping, it would usually take 2-4 weeks. (Time varies depending on each country's customs)

For buyers who opt for registered mail, you will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched. 

1) How long does it take for local shipping to reach?


Yes we do! Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and we will mail out your order via Singpost Registered Mail with a tracking number to ensure that your parcel will reach you safely.

2) Do you ship internationally? 


Our online Shop accepts Paypal, credit cards and Apple Pay. If you are in Singapore and would like to opt for iBanking/ATM transfer, please let us know your order requests at droolstamps@gmail.com.

3) what payment methods do you accept?


Shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout and added to your total order. For international orders, any additional international taxes will be borne by customers.

4) What are your shipping charges?


Return and Refund Policy

Please note that there will be no returns and refunds for any purchases made. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number and reason within 5 working days. (Through email at droolstamps@gmail.com or Contact page) We will review your request on a case by case basis and inform you on how we can help to rectify your case. We offer exchanges for all reviewed and approved requests.
